DOCTOR
' S COMMENTS:
According to the diagnosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), I
used Ginseng, Dan gui, Shen Mai, Dang shen, Da Huang Ten and Vitamins
B & C injected directly into acupuncture points (AIT) once daily
for one month. The patient felt an improvement. Then we changed to once
every two days of AIT for 3 months. After that everything was much improved.
The patient started to do regular exercises, so we could reduce AIT
treatments to twice a week for 6 months to maintain the situation. He
was required to keep with AIT treatments for another 6 months once a
week. Now his condition is almost normal and he is happy with the AIT
treatment.
EXPLANATION
Multiple Sclerosis is a disease which involves viral infection and auto-immune
disorders. The pathological changes take place in the Central Nervous
System. There is some demyelination and collageous hyperplasia scatter
in the Substantia alba involving the optic nerve, brain stem, cerebellum
and cerebral hemisphere. By combining symptoms and signs, MS can usually
be confirmed by CT examination. There is no specifically effective treatment
for this disease.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is commonly used in the treatment
of MS in China and the results are satisfactory. According to recent
research, this holistic treatment with acupuncture, herbs and vitamins
containing multiple substances, acts on:
1) Improving microcirculation
2) Strengthening immunity
3) Suppressing an over-immune reaction
4) Regulating nerves and the endocrine system
5) And more...
In this way, AIT relieves MS and prevents frequent relapse. So AIT is
a therapy combining acupuncture, Chinese herbs and Vitamins together
to bring about a more powerful and effective result.
In this way, AIT can provide the following benefits:
1. Improving the conditions of the Qi Deficiency
2. Improving the Kidney and Liver Yin Deficiency
3. Reducing cramps, numbness or spasms
4. Reducing stress
5. Improving a loose bladder, which was causing frequent urination with
MS.
6. The most important thing is that AIT can definitely improve the general
body’s condition in light of the MS conditions.
